Bahrain International Airport on Muharraq Island lies about ten to twenty minutes from the hotel by car. Gulf Air and many international airlines connect Bahrain with the Gulf, Europe and Asia. Taxis and ride hailing services are available at the airport.
The King Fahd Causeway links Bahrain with Saudi Arabia, around forty minutes from the hotel depending on border traffic. Weekend queues can be long, especially on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
Taxis in Bahrain are metered, and ride hailing apps such as Uber and Careem operate widely. Fares are reasonable for short trips within Manama.
Public buses operate throughout Bahrain at low cost, with routes covering Manama, Muharraq, Seef and other areas. Buses are air conditioned but less frequent than in larger cities.
Renting a car offers flexibility to reach the Bahrain Fort, the Tree of Life in the desert and the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, home of the Formula One Grand Prix.
Seef district, with large shopping malls such as City Centre Bahrain and Seef Mall, is about fifteen minutes away by car.
